Payments must be received in full before items can be dispatched, all major credit cards and PayPal are accepted.

If you are collecting your purchase, we can accept payment in cash or card.

If payment is not received within 4 days of the purchase being confirmed, the sale will be cancelled.

We offer free of charge UK shipping, your parcel will be dispatched via tracked postage within 24 hours of your payment being received, we dispatch parcels Monday to Saturday at 10am each morning.

For UK deliveries, parcels should be received within 48 hours of leaving us, the courier will send regular updates on the delivery progress.

We also offer a next working day service, the price for this is noted in each listing and can be selected before making payment.

We use eBay's Global Shipping Programme for all International deliveries, your parcel will be delivered to them within 48 hours of leaving us and they will then supply regular updates on the delivery.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase and refunds will be processed as soon as the item(s) arrive back with us.

Buyer pays for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay for the goods. 

Goods that have been altered from their original condition in any way cannot be returned. 

Goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect in the product was brought to the attention of the customer at the point of sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
